Interzinc 52E is a high solids, two component, metallic zinc-rich epoxy primer utilising advanced phenalkamine technology to offer improved productivity through fast dry and rapid recoatability.
Features:
High Solids & Low VOC: Formulated with 65% volume solids and a reduced volatile organic compound (VOC) content of 300 g/L.
Exceptional Galvanic Protection: Contains ≥80% zinc dust in the dry film, complying with the minimum requirements of ASTM D520 Type II zinc dust standards.
Rapid Recoatability: Offers significantly accelerated handling times. At 25°C (77°F), the touch dry time is shortened by an hour and the minimum recoat time is reduced to just 3 hours (down from 8 hours at 5°C).
Low-Temperature Curing: Capable of curing in cold environments down to -5°C (23°F).
