Wall Sealer & Finish: Essence Easy Primer paired with Essence Easy Clean Matt, delivering high opacity, strong alkali resistance, and a washable, scrub-resistant matt finish designed to handle frequent wipe-downs in busy commercial interiors.
Gypsum Ceilings: Jotaplast Max (Max White), a dedicated ceiling emulsion offering maximum whiteness, smooth flat-matt hiding power, and minimal roller spatter across large suspended board assemblies.
2. MEP Infrastructure, Soffits & Metal Protection (Jotun):
Concrete Soffits & HVAC Trunking: Jotamastic 90, a high-solids, surface-tolerant two-pack epoxy mastic applied to the undersides of exposed concrete slabs, mechanical ventilation ductwork, and utility piping to guard against condensation, humidity cycling, and interstitial moisture.
Interior Metal Fixtures: Conseal Touch Up (TU), a single-pack direct-to-metal (DTM) acrylic coating providing fast recoat cycles, flexible mechanical adhesion, and anti-corrosive protection across service metalwork.
3. Wet-Area Waterproofing & Tile Fixing (Sika):
Bathroom Waterproofing Barrier: SikaTop®-107 Seal KH, a two-component, polymer-modified cementitious slurry mortar applied to bathroom floors and wall junctions to create an impermeable waterproofing barrier under tiles.
Floor & Wall Tile Installation: SikaCeram-188 KH, a high-performance, polymer-modified cementitious tile adhesive providing high bond strength, non-slip performance, and workability for ceramic, homogeneous, and porcelain tile layouts.
