Project Overview:
Flathouse and shophouse communities represent the backbone of Phnom Penh's suburban expansion, featuring continuous multi-block elevations with high exposure to sun, rain, and urban dust. For the Chroy Changvar flathouse project, the developer needed an efficient, high-durability paint package that would ensure color uniformity across repetitive residential facades while delivering scrub-resistant, cleanable interior surfaces for new homeowners. Kontech supplied an integrated Jotun architectural paint package tailored for fast project execution and long service life.
