Fit-out packages in modern corporate high-rises require finishes that combine refined aesthetics with durable, low-maintenance performance. To support the contractor executing the interior fit-out, Kontech supplied an integrated material package combining Jotun architectural coatings with Sika tiling and grouting solutions.

Luxury Interior Topcoat: Majestic True Beauty Matt
A premium interior acrylic emulsion providing deep color richness, a smooth non-reflective matt aesthetic, and high stain washability. Its low-odor, ultra-low VOC formulation ensures a clean indoor environment for commercial tenants.
2. Tiling & Structural Chemistry (Sika):
High-Performance Tile Adhesive: SikaCeram-188 KH
A polymer-modified, cementitious tile adhesive engineered with non-slip properties and extended open time. Formulated for secure bonding of ceramic, porcelain, and homogeneous tiles across high-traffic floors and wall areas.
Precision Structural Grouting: SikaGrout®-214 KH
