La Plantation Hotel is a boutique resort destination in central Phnom Penh, distinguished by colonial-inspired villas, lush tropical courtyards, and central poolside terraces. Restoring and upgrading historic hospitality properties requires specialized solutions: exterior wall coatings must bridge hairline plaster cracks without peeling, wet zones and expansion joints need watertight sealing, and structural additions require certified chemical anchoring. Kontech supplied an integrated package of Jotun paints and Sika construction chemicals to ensure long-term durability and guest comfort.
